With effect from 1 April 2011, all companies will have to file their accounts and company tax returns electronically to H M Revenue & Customs using specific formats. The software we use has been updated to cope wth this, so compliance with the new obligations will remain part of our normal service to company clients.
In addition, again with effect from 1 April 2011, all payments for corporation tax must be made electronically as, after that date, cheques will not be accepted. If clients require assistance in doing this, please contact us for further guidance.
